Shipping

Domestic Shipping

 

We use Royal Mail tracked and signed for service for UK deliveries. This normally takes 1-2 working days. If you want next day, or same day delivery within London, then please email anna@chillerton.com

 

 

International Shipping 

 

We offer free WorldWide world wide shipping with Royal Mail. If you require a more urgent delivery then we can use DHL Express. Please email info@chillerton.com with your order number. 

 

 

Customs Duties & Other Fees 

 

All goods are shipped from London, United Kingdom. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. CHILLERTON.COM ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If any such additional charges occur they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information..

Returns

How to Return  

 

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in sale-able condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Our aim is to guarantee your complete satisfaction, but if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your unused item subject to the following criteria.

 

    •    Items must be in their original unused condition

    •    Items must be sent in their original packaging

    •    Items can only be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery

 

We will offer a refund or exchange (if stock available) within 14 days of dispatch. If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged again for delivery.

Chillerton will not be responsible for damage that occurs during the return process. We will refund the original credit card charged only. Chillerton accepts no responsibility for any returns lost in transit and therefore recommend all returns be sent by registered post. It is advisable to obtain a proof of posting certificate if using the Post Office and arrange the necessary compensatory cover for the items.

Please note that your refund will be processed within 10-14 days from receipt of your return. Once Chillerton receives, processes and accepts your return, you will receive an e-mail, which confirms your refund.  After the e-mail confirmation, the refund will be processed according to the criteria stated above.
